THE 6 WEEK PROGRAM

BIA FITNESS TESTING
You will have a body scan at beginning, 3 weeks in and a final scan at completion of program.
Using a state of the art Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA) Machine we can test your body composition & fitness level for:
– lean body mass
– BMI (body mass index)
– BMR (basal metabolic rate)
– TEE (total energy expenditure)
– Visceral fat (hidden fat stored around organs)
– Bone density
– Protein content
– Skeletal muscle mass
– Body fat percentage

MEAL PLANS
With information obtained from your BIA Fitness Test we will tailor a nutritional plan around your fitness, weight loss, muscle gains or training goals.

PHYSICAL FITNESS
CrossFit is a group fitness class where we conduct fun group fitness training, tailored to your current fitness level and your goals.
Weekly timetable:
Monday – Thursday – 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:05pm, 5:20pm and 6:30pm
Friday – 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:05pm and 5:20pm
Saturday – 9:30am
You can come to any of these sessions and there is no need to book!

YOUR COMMITMENT
Attend a minimum of 3 CrossFit training sessions per week
Stick to your personal meal plan
$475 up-front fee

The professional and experienced coaches not only teach you to move well to increase performance and impart their extensive knowledge on fitness and healthy lifestyle to help you change every aspect of your life. Our CrossFit classes are conducted in a group with an experienced coach there to help you every step of the way. We all participate in the same program, however it is ‘scaled’ to suit every individual’s needs, so regardless of fitness level, injury, age or skill level, the CrossFit Dromana program is suitable for everyone. CrossFit is always different, so you never get bored. Challenging, but fun so you see great results, quick. Community oriented, so you share your experiences with like-minded people who are all here for the same reason. To build a healthy and happy you!

EMMA PARK – HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST
I strive to help my clients achieve a healthy relationship with food through simple, individualised eating plans. All of my recommendations are backed by my philosophy that food is our medicine for both body and mind. My own health journey was one of discovery over the years. I have learned what my digestive system likes and doesn’t like, what I need to sleep well, to detox effectively (how to stop drinking so much alcohol and coffee!), to exercise effectively & how to meditate. I can tell you that this takes dedication and a strong desire to have a life where you can be the best you can be. And it is an on-going practice – but feeling fantastic is the ultimate reward! I absolutely love what I do. Helping people achieve health, wellness, and vitality through food choices and how they live their lives. I’ve learned through a combination of education and life experience, and now it’s time to share. It’s not rocket science, but it is science (BIOchemistry) and it’s the most effective and fulfilling thing you can do for your health and longevity.
