Classes

At CrossFit Dromana we offer a range of classes to best equip our members for success, performance and reduce any chance of injury. It all starts with a free trial session Click Here to book, this gives a basic idea of a class structure and what to expect. Following this all new members may choose to go through the beginner program or can go straight into the regular class. Below is a brief overview of the classes we provide, inclusive in our membership.

Beginner Sessions

By appointment only, bookings essential.

Our beginner sessions are aimed at those just starting CrossFit, we know that it can be daunting coming into a class with many technical movements and lots of people throwing around heavy weights, doing complex movements like snatches, pullups and muscle ups. The beginner session will give you the feeling of participating in a class with your own coach there to help you every step of the way.

CrossFit Sessions

Our CrossFit classes are conducted in a group setting, with an experienced coach there to help you every step of the way. We all conduct the same program, however it is ‘scaled’ to suit every ones individuals needs, so regardless of fitness level, injury, age or skill level, the CrossFit Dromana program is suitable for everyone, from the unfit to the elite athlete.

Monday:       6:00am, 9:30am, 4:05pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday:       6:00am, 9:30am, 4:05pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 6:00am, 9:30am, 4:05pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm
Thursday:     6:00am, 9:30am, 4:05pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm
Friday:           6:00am, 9:30am, 4:05pm, 5:20pm, 6:30pm
Saturday:      9:00am

Unlimited Training Membership (1 Month contract)

$45 per week (less than $8 a session) Unlimited, $40 per week (less than $7 a session) Maximum 3 sessions per week, $30 per week ($15 per session) Maximum 2 sessions per week.

Casual Sessions $20

Defence Members $40 per week (less than $7 a session)

School Age Students $25 per week (less than $5 a session)

CrossFit Dromana Personal Training

Personal Training at CrossFit Dromana offers a more specific approach to achieve your goals in a one on one environment. No matter your goal, lose weight, build muscle, training for a marathon or training for a specific sport, our experienced Trainers at CrossFit Dromana will tailor a program to achieve your goals. There a limited places available, bookings are essential.

1 Hour-$75 (CrossFit Dromana Members $60)

3×1 Hour-$200 ($150)
